Luxe Christmas gift guide 2021

He’s making a list, I’ve eaten it twice… he’s gonna find out who’s naughty or, you get the gist. If you’re looking for a cracker of a gift this year you’ve come to the right place as I’ve compiled this year’s must have luxe gifts to suit any budget. Let’s do this shall we…

If trees need decorations, then so do we

Why gift jewellery this Christmas? Because flowers wilt and chocolate doesn’t last two mins… in this house anyway. This particular piece from Carat London is the Eton Green Borderset Necklace which retails at £119 and guarantees to elevate even the simplest of outfits.

Fans of the brand include Lady Gaga, Pixie Lott and Lily Allen. Carat London also featured in season one of Gossip Girl so if you’re shopping for the 21st century’s answer to Serena van der Woodsen you know she’ll love Carat. But which necklace to choose? That’s one secret I’ll never tell. XOXO

A rebel without a Claus

What would life be without water or caffeine? It doesn’t actually bear thinking about, all I’m going to say is: what a sad little life Jane. And what’s better than looking jazzy while you hydrate.

Neonimo is a small independent brand injecting sass and colour into your life through handmade prints, gifts and décor. Also thoroughly enjoy that the sprinkle print gives “fresh prince of bel air” energy plus a fresh take on the 90’s I didn’t even know I needed. But let’s face it, it was the most superior era.

This year if you’d like to give a fabulous gift made right here in the UK or you fancy a print that doesn’t look like it came free inside an IKEA photo frame then I’d recommend checking out Neonimo for some quirky and colourful interior inspo.

Luxe Christmas gift guide 2021

Not such a pants prezzie

Don’t get your knickers in a twist over stocking fillers this year, when Lace Laboratory has definitely understood the assignment. Christmas is a time where no judgment is passed. So if you’d like to spend the day in lingerie curled up with a tin of quality street and The Office Christmas special, or you know someone that fits the brief (see what I did there) then hit up Lace Laboratory.

Lace Lab is Sweden’s fave knicker brand, creators of luxurious lingerie that is both flattering and comfortable, in a variety of sizes. We’ve all been there squeezing into a smaller size of underwear and ending up with a cheese grater for a thong and let’s face it, never a vibe. If you have a lingerie lover in your life make sure you check out Lace Laboratory who cater for everyone no matter their age, shape or gender.

Good skin for the win

We’ve come a long way from face wipes and the odd slap of moisturiser haven’t we darlings. Dr. LEVY Switzerland’s range was deemed ‘the best thing since Botox’ by Tatler Magazine and who doesn’t need this level of skincare after the couple of years we’ve just had.

Dr. LEVY claims to remove dead cells and debris (if he also removed deadlines and dead conversations I think I’d just marry him tbh). The cleanser shown here is also meant to stimulate cellular renewal and bring back a youthful glow. I might just keep this one for myself actually… because lately my skin has been much more “hell no” than “glow”.

You can buy the range from Omniya, a leading London health and aesthetics clinic, who have recently launched an online luxury skincare store – to allow anyone to experience a little bit of the Omniya Clinic experience at home. You are welcome.

Price range: Dr. LEVY’s range from £42 – £305

If you’re looking for a gift with a spark

Because it shouldn’t just be the tree getting lit this year. I can vouch first hand for the smell of these hand poured beauties from Desert Queen which have been filling my home with scented joy since they arrived. Created using sustainably sourced aromatherapy oil and botanical wax they will add magic and sparkle to any Christmas list.

I’ve always related to candles because I too could burn down the house if left unattended. Jokes aside, I can recommend “Gold Dust Woman” – with notes of may chang, ginger and lime essential oil and “You’ve got a Friend” – notes of sweet orange, bergamot, ylang ylang and clove. As they are handmade using natural ingredients you get all of the zen with none of the sickly scents of your regular highstreet candle (ahem yankee).

Price range: Candles are £23 each

Give some glam this Christmas

What would this blog be if I didn’t give an occasional lash recommendation. I LOVE lash extensions. Waking up looking fierce, when in reality I’ve just spent the last 7 hours face down, ass up (behave) sprawled and dreaming of a sharebox of nugs- can you even put a monetary value on that? Recently I had my lashes done in Twells by the lovely Fran who runs Storm beauty and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

This would be the perfect gift for that one friend or family member that has everything, that’s just impossible to buy for. Or maybe they don’t treat themselves enough, whoever it is… give them fabulashes this Christmas.

Price range: Lashes from £45- £75
